With over 35 years of experience teaching Mathematics—from Junior Maths to Maths with Statistics and Calculus—Ian has an exceptional ability to break down complex concepts while fostering a supportive learning environment. His strength lies not just in his expertise but in his ability to connect with students, ensuring they feel both challenged and supported. This approach extends to the team he has built at TutorXcel, all of whom share his commitment to developing capable, independent learners.

For the past seven years, Ian has also thrived in a pastoral role, refining his ability to guide students beyond academics, helping them navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
